MEMORANDUM
His Majesty's Minister presents his compliments
to His Excellency the Minister for Foreign Affairs and has the
honour to refer to the Note of the 22nd January addressed to
His Excellency by His Majesty's Chargé d'Affaires communicating
the names of the representatives appointed by the Hongkong Gov-
ernment in connection with the proposed revision of the Canton-
Kowloon Railway Working Agreement. His Majesty's Minister has
the honour to state that he is now in receipt of a communication
from the Governor of Hongkong to the effect that as Mr. R. Baker
has now retired from the service of the Hongkong Government his
place as one of the Hongkong Government representatives will be
taken by Mr. R. D. Walker, who has succeeded Mr. Baker as Manager
of the British Section, Kowloon-Canton Railway.
